Walk & Wag 2009

Mommy said we're going for a walk with lots of people and other doggies this Saturday!  She said it's for like a mile.  I have no idea what that means but I'm getting all tired just thinking about it.

Mmm. Yummy frisbee

Today, mommy got me a frisbee.  I don't know why she keeps throwing such yummy things all over the place.

Doh!

Oh man. I got in so much trouble today with both mommy and daddy. I've never seen mommy so mad. All I did was play with a funny smelling birdy. I rubbed myself all over it, and munched on it a little. Daddy started chasing me so I thought he was playing. Until mommy came out and stopped me. Then she almost threw up when I spit the birdy out.

After that, daddy brushed my teeth and they gave me a bath. I hate the loud machine daddy brings out that blows air at me.

So yeah. I guess playing with funny smelling birdies are no good. I can't wait until mommy takes me to the park again so I can lay down in mud puddles again. That's way more fun.

Work is Hard

I've been learning how to be a watch dog. It seems easy but it's actually kind of difficult. I don't know how daddy stares at the glowing silver box on his desk day long but I sure can't stare out of the window for a whole day!

I just get so sleepy!

Best way to relieve stress

Mommy and daddy have been sooo busy lately with this moving thing. They won't play with me as much as they used to. It's so stressful and boring. So when mommy took me to the park the other day I just had to have the time of my life!

Oh it was so much fun. And laying in the mud is nice and cool on a hot day.

But after I play in the mud mommy brushes me outside for a long time...

Tired, Tired, Tired

Mommy and Daddy say I have it easy, but I think not. This weekend was tough! I had to be on my top guard while people were going in and out of our house taking things.



Then I had to make sure that someone was on the lookout while mommy and daddy were busy putting funny smelling water on the wall. They said I shouldn't drink it, but I tried a bit anyway. It was OK I guess.



I'm so tired now that sometimes I forget how much I love my pizzle braid and fall asleep.

Fun and not fun things

You know what's fun?

Playing in the mud.

You know what's not fun?

Moving.

Moving?

Mommy and daddy said we're moving.

I think that means I get to come to this place more. I like this place. There's a big space outside where I get to run around. And there's a doggy living in the next house!

But this place is empty. Mommy and daddy put plastic all over the floor and wiped the walls today. Weird. I was so bored. The window is a little bit high so I had to stand on my tippty toes to look outside. That was no fun.
